Hey my Divergent Designers, I’m so excited to announce The Spiral Lab podcast, where my friends Gray, and sometimes Jesse, will be talking with me about art and divergent design. This is a video podcast, and if you click over to The Spiral Lab YouTube channel, you can also view clips and images illustrating a lot of what we’re talking about—and see the amazing editing courtesy of our producer,
.This is going to be an almost weekly feature offered through the Divergent Design newsletter, in addition to my almost weekly newsletter. It’s also available on all the platforms where you normally listen to podcasts. I’d really love to know what you think about the video podcast, and we welcome feedback, comments, questions, and suggestions for topics you would like us to address. You can always make comments here, and you can also email us at enterthespirallab@gmail.com.
I look forward to hearing from you! We would also love if you would leave us 5 star reviews on any platforms where you listen to podcasts, and suggest The Spiral Lab to your friends who might be interested.
Go gentle on us with this first episode—we’re still learning and figuring it out as we go. But we’re having so much fun! I hope you’ll check in again next week!
Love, Marta (along with Jesse and Gray!)
Maximalism! It’s an interior design style trending across the internet right now, but it’s often misunderstood, and sometimes unfairly maligned. Marta and Gray have completely different styles, but both consider themselves maximalists, for reasons that go beyond aesthetic.
If you’d like to see the art styles and trends we’re talking about, check out the video of this conversation on our Youtube channel.
